Shipping policy

Shipping information:

We are a made to order business and all prints are custom made. Everything is handmade locally in Perth, Western Australia by professional printers and framers.

Expected shipping times are a best guess only, delays due to busy periods or shortage of raw materials can happen. If you require your print by a certain date, please let us know and we'll do the best we can.

After ordering, you will not receive any shipping notifications from us until your order has been shipped. 

  • Australia

Rolled prints ready for dispatch within 5 to 8 business days.
Framed prints ready for dispatch within 10 to 20 business days.

We offer free shipping on rolled and framed artworks up to 120x90cm, within Australia. Framed prints larger than 120x90cm will attract a $110 shipping fee.

Rolled and Framed Artworks will be shipped via Auspost or Sendle.

Signature is required on delivery. It is important that your shipping address is your day time address.

  • International Shipping Limitations

 

Due to carrier limitations we are may be unable to ship to certain countries. If you're not given shipping options on checkout please email hello@skylarkco.com.au to discuss.

 

  • Customs/Import Duties & Taxes

All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. 

We recommend contacting your local custom office for further information.

We do not send an invoice with our prints, and when appropriate we select 'gift' on postage forms. This may help reduce duties & taxes.

Shipping information (Nov-Dec):

November to December is our busiest period. We will try our best to maintain the shipping time frames listed above, but please be aware that shipping time frames can blow out during this period. We recommend ordering as early in November (or even October) as possible to guarantee a pre-Christmas delivery. Especially for framed artworks.

It is likely that if you order a framed artwork in December, or even mid to late November, it will not be delivered until mid January.
